The Hanna Top Piece is from the Top Power Collection by Ellen Wille.  Designed with a PU material base, that can be customized and trimmed.  Completely hand tied which allows for multi-directional styling.  This topper could be used on a hair replacement level by bonding or tapping down for extended wearing.
